Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you visit 100kstudios.com, contact us or buy from us, and what we do with it. 100K Studios is a trade name of 100K Management Group LLC.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone, company, website and project details, from checkout, our contact form or your emails.
- Order details: what you bought, the amounts, and your order number.
- Payment details: you enter your card on our payment processor’s secure page. We don’t receive your full card number. We receive a confirmation that may include your name, billing address, card type and the last four digits.
- Your browser: our site doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It saves your latest order in your browser so the thank-you page can show it. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.
How we use it
- To deliver the work you bought and talk with you about it
- To take payments, send receipts and keep business, tax and accounting records
- To answer questions and improve our services
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
- Our payment processor, to take and protect payments
- The providers who run our website, email and files
- Software and production tools we use to make your deliverables. Only the project material needed for the work is shared with them.
- Contractors who help with your project, under confidentiality
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep project information while we work together and for a reasonable time after. We keep financial records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually seven years.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to creative@100kstudios.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s privacy laws. We honor those rights, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use trusted providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t email us card numbers or passwords.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
