Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy a package or monthly plan from 100K Studios, online or by invoice. By checking out, you agree to them and to the package description shown on our site when you bought it.
1. Who we are
100K Studios is a trade name of 100K Management Group LLC (“100K Studios”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us by email at creative@100kstudios.com.
2. Buying online
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on our pricing page. Any sales tax that applies is added to your invoice.
- After you pay, you get a receipt by email from our payment processor, and we email you within one business day to start the work.
- We may decline an order we can’t take on, for example work we don’t do or content we won’t make. If we decline, we refund the full amount.
3. Payment
- Cards. Payments are processed on our payment processor’s secure page. We don’t see or store your full card number. Your card statement will show “100K Studios”.
- Pay in full or 50% to start. Some website packages let you pay half at checkout. The other half is due at launch, before we hand over the site or final files.
- Deposits. A deposit reserves a production slot and covers discovery. The price and the balance are set in a signed scope, and the deposit is credited to the project.
- Monthly plans. The first month is charged at checkout, then the same amount on the same day each month until you cancel. You authorize these recurring charges when you check out. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel.
- Late payments. If a payment fails or a balance isn’t paid, we may pause the work or the plan until it’s settled.
4. Delivering the work
- Timelines on the pricing page are business days or weeks, and they start once we have what we need from you: your brief, files, access and approvals.
- Each package includes the revision rounds it lists. Extra rounds and changes of scope are quoted before we do them.
- We deliver files and access digitally, by email, a shared folder or the platform we build on.
5. Your materials
When you send us videos, images, logos, text, music, product details or anything else, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, including the rights of any people shown. You let us use it to do the work you bought.
6. Who owns the work
- Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we made specifically for you.
- We keep ownership of our own tools, code, templates, workflows and know-how. You get a permanent license to use them as part of your deliverables.
- Fonts, stock media, software, platforms and production tools come with their own licenses and terms, which also apply to you.
- We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
7. AI creators
Our AI creators and personas are fictional, and we label them as AI where platform rules or the law require. We don’t make content that impersonates a real person without that person’s permission. You are responsible for how and where you publish your deliverables.
8. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, AI assistants’ answers, ad performance and sales depend on things outside our control, such as platforms, algorithms and markets. We do the work described in your package, but we don’t guarantee a particular ranking, mention or result.
9. Third-party costs
Unless your package says otherwise, prices don’t include hosting, domains, ad spend, software subscriptions, paid media, or AI and phone usage above what the package includes. We tell you about these costs before they apply.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to do your work.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that package or, for a monthly plan, the fees for the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
12. Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first and we’ll work to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where 100K Management Group LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you bought applies to that purchase, and the date at the top shows the latest update.
14. Processing and preferred studio pricing (proposed program)

Credit card processing services are offered through our partner, CLR Financial. All 100K Studios service categories may be considered for preferred pricing, including websites, search services, creative production, AI agents, care plans and business systems. Processing and studio services have separate scopes and agreements.
The minimum qualifying processing term is two years with CLR Financial. A commitment of three years carries a larger benefit than a commitment of two years. Processing is governed by CLR Financial’s applicable merchant agreement; the option of two years and exact pricing must be confirmed in the written proposal. This program does not change the term of an agreement already in force.
New businesses: three years total, starting immediately. The first year gives the business time to get established within that term. It is not an additional year before the term begins. This does not defer processing charges or waive fees. Established businesses may be assessed using two years of processing statements; that history supports eligibility and pricing review but does not guarantee a benefit amount or future revenue.
Preferred pricing is subject to eligibility review and written confirmation. The offer must identify the selected services, discount amount, when it becomes available, how long it lasts, whether other offers can be combined, and the effect of early cancellation or account closure. A processing commitment does not create a 100K Studios marketing subscription of two or three years. No particular credit or discount is promised by an inquiry.
Processing rates, fees, equipment charges, approval requirements, renewal terms and any termination charges are governed by the applicable processing agreement and must be disclosed before signing. We do not promise a particular processing rate, cost saving, approval, search ranking or sales result.
Requesting processing information sends your inquiry to 100K Studios; it does not submit a merchant application to CLR Financial. If you choose to proceed, we will arrange the next steps with CLR Financial. Ask for the written processing proposal and studio benefit terms at creative@100kstudios.com. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials or processing statements through the general website inquiry form.
